Existing customers get the fastest response by opening a ticket in the client area at my.hoston.ch. We usually answer general questions by email on the same working day.
The hosting servers run cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360 and JetBackup, and the VPS run on KVM with Proxmox. Email hosting packages are based on mailcow.
